1. SMD wireless temperature sensor
The patch-type wireless temperature sensor adopts a low-power design and is powered by a 3.6V high-temperature lithium battery without external power supply. It uses the wireless communication method to send the collected temperature data to the host. The data is sent every time the temperature changes, and the data is refreshed every 15 minutes if the temperature does not change, which prolongs the service life of the battery.

The maximum transmission power is not more than 10mW, and the longest transmission distance is not less than 300m. After the signal is further enhanced, it is converted to the wireless display host. The host communicates with the press PLC system, interlocks the abnormal temperature alarm with the press operation, realizes the data visualization chain protection, and predicts the risk, which is easy to find the source problem and completely avoid it.
