Fixing Method of Split Current Transformer

Ⅰ. Knowledge of open-close current transformers

1. The open-close current transformer is made of high-strength PVC shell and has a full-cast busbar structure. The three rubber rings whose transformers are directly clamped on the cable are against the cable as a whole.

2. The iron core of the transformer is made of high-quality silicon steel sheets, and the secondary wires are evenly wound on the iron core. The open-close structure can be installed without cutting the cable.

3. The altitude of the installation site of the open-close current transformer shall not exceed 3000m.

4. The additional input current is 0.01A-400A; the iron core is made of ferrite; the number of times of opening and closing is not less than 1000 times; its flame retardant properties conform to UL94-VO.

Ⅱ. What are the methods of fixing the open-close current transformer?

The split-type current transformer is generally used in different equipment, has a good induction effect, and can improve the use efficiency of the equipment. In order to make it work smoothly and avoid vibration, what are the ways to fix the device?

1. Keyway type fixing: suitable for high torque transmission. In order to avoid axial sliding, it is usually used separately from set screw fixation and clamping screw fixation.

2. The fixation of the shrink sleeve: Tighten the four set screws on the end face to compress the calculation sleeve, which is suitable for the connection and fixation of some high-torque stepper motors and servo motors.

3. Fix with fixing screws: and lock it with a 90° gap between the two fixing screws. In traditional fixing methods, the front end of the screw contacts the shaft, which can cause damage to the shaft or make it difficult to remove.

4. D hole fixation: If the motor shaft is D type, if the fixing screws cannot be fixed, the opening and closing current transformer holes can be processed into D holes corresponding to the size of the motor shaft, and fixed with fixing screws, so there is no need to worry about slipping.

5. Fix with clamping screws: With the tightening force of the hexagonal socket head bolts, the gap is reduced, and the shaft of the open-close current transformer is clamped. This method is easy to fix and remove without damaging the shaft.

The split-type current transformer has a good effect in controlling the current and completing the upper and lower voltage conversion. You can use the above methods to fix the equipment.
