UPS Battery Online Monitoring System

The Acrel ABAT100 series battery online monitoring system is a professional battery status monitoring solution that can collect and analyze key parameters such as voltage, internal resistance, and temperature of individual battery cells in real time, while accurately assessing the state of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH) of the battery. The system features intelligent early warning functions to identify deteriorating batteries in advance and supports active balancing technology, effectively increasing the backup power duration of the battery pack and significantly extending its overall service life. This monitoring system adopts a modular design for easy installation and maintenance, and mainly consists of the following core components: ABAT100-S single battery monitoring module; ABAT100-C battery pack monitoring module; ABAT100-HS data acquisition module; and a human-machine interface touchscreen. The system supports real-time data viewing, alarm information querying, and parameter configuration through the touchscreen. An optional networked monitoring and management platform is also available for centralized monitoring and intelligent management of multiple battery packs, providing users with comprehensive battery operation and maintenance assurance.

ABAT100-HS: Manages a group of batteries, up to 120 cells per group;

1) Used to manage data from distributed single-cell battery monitoring modules at the data acquisition front end, and perform data processing, analysis, alarm generation, saving, and uploading;

2) One data collector can manage one group of 120 batteries;

3) Automatic data analysis and processing, capable of estimating remaining battery capacity;

4) Supports MODBUS protocol for integration with third-party monitoring systems.

ABAT100-S-02/6/12: Monitors a single 2/6/12V battery, monitoring battery voltage, internal resistance, and negative terminal temperature;

1) 24/7 online monitoring to detect performance degradation in batteries at any time;

2) Available in three detection ranges: 2V, 6V, and 12V, meeting the requirements of most batteries;

3) Each module monitors one battery cell, monitoring voltage, internal resistance, and negative terminal temperature; 4) Simple installation: just connect one wire to the positive terminal and one to the negative terminal; no special training is required for installation.

ABAT100-C: Monitors a charging/discharging current and an ambient temperature, with a maximum current range of 1000A.
