This project, for a power distribution project at a factory in the Philippines, required wireless temperature measurement products for safe temperature monitoring in a 32kV distribution cabinet. The sensors' operating environment required a temperature range of -50°C to +125°C. Our company selected the ATE400 CT inductive power sensor, which was connected to a display device using an ATC400 transceiver.
The wireless temperature measurement system is suitable for 3-35kV indoor switchgear, including built-in switchgear, trolley switchgear, fixed switchgear, and ring network switchgear. It is also suitable for 0.4kV low-voltage switchgear, such as fixed switchgear and drawer-type switchgear.
The wireless temperature sensor exchanges information with the host computer via wireless signals, which does not affect the system's insulation performance and is safe to use. The wireless temperature measurement system is primarily suitable for industrial applications, enabling real-time temperature monitoring of high-voltage cable joints and high-voltage switchgear contacts, allowing operations and maintenance personnel to remotely monitor on-site operating conditions.
1) The wireless temperature measurement module is safe and reliable, easy to install and maintain, and suitable for temperature monitoring at high-voltage and high-current contacts of medium-voltage switches. The structure of the device under test does not need to be changed.
2) The entire wireless temperature measurement system can communicate wirelessly, and signal transmission is convenient.
3) The wireless temperature measurement system has strong anti-interference capabilities, and its anti-interference capabilities against pulse interference, fast transient interference, electrostatic radiation, electromagnetic field radiation, etc. meet the national level 4 standard. The operation of the equipment does not affect the opening and closing operations of the medium-voltage switch and the action of the protection device.
4) It is used in industries (coal mines, steel, petroleum, chemical industry), power plants, schools, hospitals, municipal construction, transportation facilities (such as railway stations), commercial buildings, exhibition centers, photovoltaic power generation, new energy and other fields.
